Our first tournament of the year was a parking lot event. Water conditions made for tough fishing. You couldn't even launch into the Oxbow. Frankie did well fishing a drop shot in Pretty Water but most other fish were caught in the current if you were brave enough to try.

Here are the results for the Lower River:

3rd Place:	Wisky	5.3 Lbs
Big Fish Boater:	Frankie	3.0 Lbs
Big Fish Non-Boater:	Greg	2.3 Lbs

Our next tournament will be the Memorial Tournament at Lake Martinez on March 13th and 14th. The club voted to start fishing for money again so there will be a meeting on Friday the 12th at 5:00pm.

Please plan on coming to the draw meeting if you are planning to attend. It will be held at Cactus Jack's in Palm Desert on the patio at 7:00 on Tuesday March 2nd. The draw will be done at this time.

We are expecting good participation, your attendance at the draw meeting would be appreciated.
